The beans pass through the civet after fermenting in the stomach and that’s what gives the coffee its unique taste and aroma. Collected from the jungle floor, then thoroughly washed and dried – this is the coffee that everyone’s been talking about. With earthy Sumatra-like tones, the Philippine Alamid Kopi Luwak has a heavy, caramel body and low acidity, but also a nuance in the taste that is hard to put the finger on. WHOLE BEANS. This is my favourite coffee ever. I’m not exactly sure why I like it some much but for me it just tastes the best. It is not a bitter strong coffee but has a wonderful sweet coffee flavour. The biggest and boldest beans of the crop. These elephant-sized beans roast to a sweeter and less acidic finish. Strong tones of blackberries with a smooth full body. This coffee is also highly recommended by our Roastmaster.

Other brewing processes use near boiling water and long exposure to coffee grounds.
